Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return
within 7 days of receiving the product.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by vadiv. The product must be
unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Once the return is approved and the product is received and verified, the refund will be
processed.
Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working
days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made
after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been processed or
shipped.
